2. How long does it take for my product to ship once purchased?

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days.

 

3. Does Tea Amour accept returns or exchanges?

At Tea Amour, your enjoyment is the most important to us. If you have an issue with your product please contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange. Original product and receipt is required for all exchanges. Exchanges can be done at our retail store. Customers can also ship returns in to us. All shipping fees for the returned product and new product are owed by the customer. No returns accepted after 30 days.
