1. What is Tea Amour LLC?

Tea Amour is an e-commerce store that sells organic loose leaf tea and accessories.


2. How long does it take for my product to ship once purchased?

Items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days.


3. What payment methods do we accept?

Tea Amour accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, PayPal, and Afterpay 


4. Is this store really open 24/7?

Yes! Since our store is strictly online you can place an order whenever you want. Our customer service hours are not 24/7 but if you reach out to us we will contact you back within 24-48 hours. 


5. Does this store ship internationally?

At this time international shipping is offered for special event orders and customers with an APO or FPO military base address. Please contact us for pricing if an international shipment is needed. 


6. Does this store accept returns?

Unfortunately since we sell food items/accessories we can not accept returned products whether they are opened or not. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can try to resolve your issue. 


7. How secure is your web store?

Every Shopify store includes a free 256-bit SSL certificate. All pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks. For more information contact Shopify via message board.


8. What kinds of health and safety protocols does your staff take while working?

Our staff wears face mask, hair coverings (caps or nets), and hand gloves when packaging orders and with in person interactions.


9. Does your store accept C.O.D/cash on delivery or checks?

At this time Tea Amour LLC does not accept personal checks for individual retail orders. Cash is only accepted at in person. Cash is not for accepted for online orders. As an alternative we do accept payments via Venmo in person and online. We do not accept Cash App.
