Shipping & Returns

Your happiness is important to us!  If you are not thrilled with your purchase, please contact us so that we can try to resolve your issue. Purchases are eligible for 30 days returns or exchanges. Customers are allowed one return per order. If there is an issue with your tea or tea accessory an equal replacement item can be provided.

The return shipping cost of the original item is not covered by Tea Amour. Customers are responsible to pay 100% of the return shipping cost unless the product is brought back to our store. A receipt/proof of purchase along with the product your returning is required to process any returns or exchanges.  

Shipping Time

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped! We ask that you add an additional 2-4 days on your shipments time during holidays & weekends. Know that our staff will work very hard to get orders out in a timely manner and we greatly appreciate your patience. 

If you receive the incorrect order or Tea Amour does not process your order within 7 days, please notify us via email at info@teaamour.com, click here to access our contact form.

 

Intercepted Packages

Please make sure the address being used is correct when placing your order. Tea Amour is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect address added by the customer. Once the order has been dropped off with the mail carrier our staff can no longer change the address on the package. If your order is returned back to us, we will contact you to re-ship your order for an additional shipping fee.

If you notice an address error on your order after placing it, please contact us immediately for it to be updated.

If you prefer we ship your order at a later date please contact our staff. We will hold the order and ship it at your requested date. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to to APO or FPO military bases. These packages will be sent through USPS (United States Postal Service). If you need an international shipment please contact us and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated with pricing. 

Customs & Taxes 

Tea Amour/teaamour.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
