Tumblers and glass infusers are eligible for return for 30 days after purchase. Customer is responsible to pay 100% of the shipping cost unless the product is picked up in store. All tea sales are final.
Facebook/Instagram purchases are eligible for 30 days returns, one return per order. Customers are not required to send teas (food items) back to us. Another tea equivalent in price will be considered for replacement. Shipping cost is not covered by Tea Amour.
Please allow 1-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped! We ask that you add an additional 2-4 days on your shipments time during holidays & weekends. Know that our staff will work very hard to get orders out in a timely manner and we greatly appreciate your patience.
Since we sell food items we can not accept returned teas whether they are opened or not. Tea Amour now offers shipping protection through Simply Insurance for a fee of $1.50 per order. The fee is automatically added at checkout. We’ve implemented this feature to give customers the best purchasing experience with us. If something happens to your package, your covered! Shipping protection is not available on Facebook/Instagram shopping platform. To use this feature checkout on teaamour.com.
By deselecting shipping protection at checkout, Tea Amour is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

How Shipping Protection will look at checkout
Please make sure the address being used is correct when placing your order. Tea Amour is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect address added by the customer. Once the order has been dropped off with the mail carrier our staff can no longer change the address on the package. If you notice an address error on your order after placing it, please contact us for it to be updated.
If you need us to intercept a package for return there is $45.00 service fee. Once a product has met a certain stage in transit it may not qualify for return with the mail carrier. If the package is returned back to our facility we will reship the order. A minimal shipping charge may apply.
If you prefer we ship your order at a later date please contact our staff. We will hold the order and ship it at your requested date.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to to APO or FPO military bases. These packages will be sent through USPS (United States Postal Service). If you need an international shipment please contact us and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated with pricing.
Customs & Taxes
Tea Amour/teaamour.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
