Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped! We ask that you add an additional 2-4 days on your shipment time during holidays & weekends. Know that our staff will work very hard to get orders out in a timely manner and we greatly appreciate your patience.
Unfortunately since we sell food items and accessories we can not accept returned products whether they are opened or not. However, if you receive the incorrect order or Tea Amour does not process your order within 7 days, please notify us via email at email@example.com or click here to access our contact form.
After products have left our facility, Tea Amour is not responsible for damaged goods or lost shipments by the mail carrier. Please contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials for damaged goods as these items may be needed for successful processing of each claim with the carrier.
Please make sure the address being used is correct when placing your order. Tea Amour is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect address, problems at address upon delivery, or because there was no one at the address to receive the package. If you need us to intercept a package for return due to an address error, change in delivery time, non-payment, or any other reason there is a $40.00 service fee. Once a product has met a certain stage in transit it may not qualify for return with the mail carrier.
To assist with the safety and health of our customers and employees we will be suspending local delivery by the Tea Amour staff until further notice. All deliveries/shipments will be made via mail carrier unless products are being picked up or purchased at a pop-up in person event.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to to APO or FPO military bases. These packages will be sent through USPS (United States Postal Service). If you need an international shipment please contact us and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated with pricing.
Customs & Taxes
Tea Amour/teaamour.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
