Shipping & Returns
Purchases are eligible for 30 days to return for an exchange. Please contact us immediately regarding broken or defective accessories. Customers are allowed one return per order. If there is an issue with your tea accessory an equal replacement item can be provided. Tea Amour does not accept returns on teas for lack of desired effects from our wellness blends or taste. Our company does not guarantee any results after consuming our teas. We provide information on what a specific tea or ingredient is known to do. Individual results vary with each blend.
The return shipping cost of the original item is not covered by Tea Amour. Customers are responsible to pay 100% of the return shipping cost unless the product is brought back to our store. A receipt along with the product your returning is required to initiate returns or exchanges.
Shipping Time
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped! We ask that you add an additional 2-4 days on your shipments time during holidays & weekends. Know that our staff will work very hard to get orders out in a timely manner and we greatly appreciate your patience.
If you receive the incorrect order or Tea Amour does not process your order within 7 days, please notify us via email at info@teaamour.com, click here to access our contact form.
Intercepted Packages
Please make sure the address being used is correct when placing your order. Tea Amour is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to an incorrect address added by the customer. Once the order has been dropped off with the mail carrier our staff can no longer change the address on the package. If your order is returned back to us, we will contact you to re-ship your order for an additional shipping fee.
If you notice an address error on your order after placing it, please contact us immediately for it to be updated.
If you prefer we ship your order at a later date please contact our staff. We will hold the order and ship it at your requested date.
Customs & Taxes
Tea Amour/teaamour.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
