Shipping & Returns
Your happiness is important to us! If you are not thrilled with your purchase, please contact us so that we can try to resolve your issue. Currently shipping is FREE and we do not charge extra fees for it!
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped! We ask that you add an additional 2-4 days on your shipment time during holidays & weekends. Know that our staff will work very hard to get orders out in a timely manner and we greatly appreciate your patience.
Unfortunately since we sell food items/accessories we can not accept returned products whether they are opened or not. However, if you receive the incorrect order or Tea Amour never processes your order to the shipping carrier, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or click here to access our contact form.
Tea Amour is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We package all items carefully and correctly with proper labeling to ensure careful delivery by the shipping carrier. If you received damaged goods, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Tea Amour is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect address, problems at address upon delivery, or because there was no one at the address to receive the package. If you need us to intercept a package for return due to an address error, change in delivery time, non-payment, or any other reason there is a $25.00 service fee. Once a product has met a certain stage in transit it may not qualify for return with UPS.
To assist with the safety and health of our customers and employees we will be suspending local delivery by the Tea Amour staff until further notice. All deliveries/shipments will be made via mail carrier.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. unless it’s to APO & FPO military bases or for specialty orders. These packages will be sent through USPS.
Customs & Taxes
Tea Amour/teaamour.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
