Mint Hot Toddy Recipe - Credited By The Culinary Compass
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 oz. bourbon
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Hot water, to taste
Add mint leaves to glass and muddle to release oils.
Pour in bourbon, honey, and lemon juice.
Add in hot water and stir. I used about 1/3 cup to get the desired flavor I liked. Add less if you'd like a stronger drink, or more if you'd like it more diluted.
Stir until honey is dissolved and serve immediately.
