Mint Hot Toddy Recipe - Credited By The Culinary Compass

  1. 4 mint leaves
  2. 1 oz. bourbon
  3. 1/2 tablespoon honey
  4. 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. Hot water, to taste

    1. Add mint leaves to glass and muddle to release oils.

    2. Pour in bourbon, honey, and lemon juice.

    3. Add in hot water and stir. I used about 1/3 cup to get the desired flavor I liked. Add less if you'd like a stronger drink, or more if you'd like it more diluted.

    4. Stir until honey is dissolved and serve immediately.
