Intake Instructions:
The suggested consumption amount for this slimming tea blend (oolong tea) is no more than 2 cups per day.
If you would like to make a large pitcher, add 1-2 tea bags to a pitcher. Add hot water and let your tea steep. Place your pitcher to the fridge after it cools. Keep the pitcher in the fridge when not in use. Discard tea after 10 days.
Tea can be consumed HOT or COLD.
